Shipping Policy
At seemenowmommy, we are committed to delivering your clothing orders to you in the most convenient and efficient way. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Processing Time
Before your order hits the road, we take a little time to make sure it’s just right. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you’ve ordered a made-to-order piece (we’ll note this on the product page!), it may take 3–5 business days—we promise the extra care is worth it to get that perfect fit.
Shipping Time & Methods
Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on where you are:
Vip shipping: 5–7 business days via [carrier:USPS Priority Mail]
2. Shipping Fees
Standard Order :
Orders with a total value of $69 or more: Free VIP Shipping (Except for certain regions).
Orders with a total value below $69: Shipping fees apply.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner’s website.
If tracking information isn’t updating after 3 business days, please contact us at seemenowmommy@hotmail.com for assistance.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your address is unavailable during checkout, please reach out to us for alternative options.
For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact our team directly for custom shipping arrangements.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local postal service or neighbors first.
For packages marked as lost by the shipping carrier, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at seemenowmommy@hotmail.com. We’ll assist in filing a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.
