Return Policy
At seemenowmommy, we strive to ensure that every piece of clothing you receive meets your expectations—whether it’s the comfort of our linen-cotton fabrics or the style of our fashion apparel. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit perfectly or meet your needs, so we’ve created a simple and fair return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The item is in its original condition—unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that linen-cotton items should not be laundered or ironed, as this may affect the fabric’s original state and invalidate the return.
- The item is not a final sale product. Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Return requests must be initiated by contacting our customer service team (via email) before sending the item back.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start your return:
1. Send an email to seemenowmommy@hotmail.com with the subject line “Return Request - [Your Order Number]”. In the email, please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., size mismatch, style not as expected).
2. Our customer service team will reply within 24-48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Package the item(s) securely, attach the RA number to the outside of the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the shipping tracking number for your reference.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, size mismatch caused by our sizing guide), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide the shipping receipt, and we will reimburse the shipping fee after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We do not offer pre-paid return labels for personal reason returns.
4. Refund & Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time. Note that the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability), please specify your desired exchange item in your return request email. Once we verify the availability, we will ship the new item to you free of charge (for exchanges due to our error) or after you cover any price difference (if the new item is more expensive).
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at seemenowmommy@hotmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include photos or videos of the defect/damage/incorrect item, along with your order number. We will arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund (including the original shipping fee) at your choice.
6. Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., items that are washed, damaged, or missing tags).
- Returned items may take up to 10 business days to be processed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events). We appreciate your patience.
